Dear Utah Tourism Supporters!
Leigh and the Utah Office of Tourism will go before their Appropriations Committee NEXT WEDNESDAY - FEBRUARY 3rd. At this time it appears that will be in Senate Office Building ROOM 215 - 2-4pm. At this hearing, Leigh will present the FY2011 budget request. On the next Wednesday, FEBRUARY 10th, the Committee will vote on their budget recommendations. The 10th will hopefully also be at 2pm - immediately after our Tourism Day in the rotunda activities.
It is very important that we have numbers of tourism folks, filling the room, supporting Leigh, GOED and the Utah Office of Tourism.
PLEASE - if possible - plan on attending one of both Committee Hearings. I will update and confirm the Room and times, but assume:
Wednesday, February 3rd - Senate Building Room 215 - 2-4pm
Wednesday, February 10th - Senate Building Room 215 - 2-4pm (to be confirmed)
